Registration Policies:
- Spouses/relatives who want to participate in the workshop program should register as a dealership manager. Only one spouse/relative badge is given per fully registered attendee for Dealers and Managers only. Spouse/Relative cannot be affiliated with a dealership. Spouse/Relative must be affiliated with a fully registered attendee. A guest of an Allied Industry must register in one of the Allied Industry Categories
- Allied Industry personnel may NOT register as a dealer or manager.
- Note that workshop content is designed for dealers and department managers.
- Children over 18 must register for the Convention. If they would like to attend workshops, they will need to register as dealership manager.
- Children 18 and under can obtain a free badge to go into the Exhibit Hall during expo hours. Children under 18 CANNOT attend workshops. Children must be accompanied by an adult and under strict supervision of a registered adult. On the Expo floor, infants and toddlers must be strapped in a stroller at all times.
- ATD Attendees have access to NADA Exhibit Hall, General Sessions and Lifestyle Experience
- Only ATD Dealers and Managerse may participate in the NADA Workshops

Deadline for Hotel Reservations:
- January 26, 2012 at 5 p.m. CT.
Most Las Vegas hotels require a credit card at the time you submit your housing form to guarantee your reservation. When NADA/ATD Registration and Housing sends the rooming list to the hotels, the hotel will charge the first night’s room and tax to the credit card provided as a deposit.
For those submitting by fax or mail, requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis until the hotel is sold out, at which time an alternate hotel will be assigned. For this reason, please make sure you provide a minimum of three different hotel choices.

Note: If paying by check, be sure to mail the check and form in together. Make checks payable to NADA/Experient. Please note: you may pay for your registration fees by check. However, a credit card is required to guarantee your hotel reservation.
- Once you have submitted your forms via fax or mail you will receive a confirmation acknowledgement from NADA/ATD Registration and Housing via email, fax or mail within three (3-5) business days. The confirmation will include both your registration and housing information and will automatically be emailed whenever an email address is provided.
- A separate email address is required for each registrant. NADA will not give out your email address. This email is used to provide you with confirmation, as well as send you show-related information from NADA only. A CC email is provided if an additional copy of your confirmation should be sent to someone else.
- Forms received without payment will not be processed.
Badge mailing:
If you would like to have your badge mailed to you, you will need to bring it with you and pick-up your badge holder and convention bag onsite. Badges are mailed three weeks prior to the convention. If you select to have your badge mailed, you MUST register by January 13, 2012. If you have your badge mailed to you, and you need to make a change, you will be able to make the change onsite at the convention. If you need to cancel your registration after your badge has been mailed, please read the registration changes and cancellations policy below. Please note if you lose or forget your badge, you may receive one free reprinted badge. Each additional badge thereafter, is an additional $35.
Changes/Cancellations
Registration Cancellations:

. No cancellations will be accepted by phone. All cancellations must be received in writing by January 26, 2012, in order to receive a refund. A $35 processing fee applies to each individual cancellation. Cancellations after January 26 will not receive a refund, no exceptions. If we extend registration, we will NOT extend the cancellation deadline. If you had your name badge mailed to you, you need to mail your badge (with a copy of your cancellation request) back to NADA/ATD Registration and Housing within 5 days of your cancellation request in order to receive a refund.
Please note: Optional ticket events are non-refundable. Refunds will only be given in the event that the attendee cancels his/her main registration for the 2012 NADA/ATD Convention and Expo.
Name/Badge Changes:
If a new convention badge is necessary due to a name change, please fax or email your written request for name changes to NADA/ATD Registration and Housing at 301-694-5124 or

by January 26, 2012. Any changes after this date will have to be made on-site. If you had your name badge mailed to you, the new person must bring the badge with them onsite to make the change, along with a letter from the original registrant authorizing the change.
Housing Cancellations:
If you must cancel your hotel room reservation, please fax or email your written request to NADA/ATD Registration and Housing at 301-694-5124 or

by 5 p.m. CT, January 26, 2012. Between January 27 and January 30, changes cannot be made to your reservation(s) with NADA Registration and Housing or the hotel while reservations are being processed. Beginning January 31, 2012, you will need to contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation. Please check with your designated hotel regarding their cancellation policy. Most hotels require cancellation to be made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date. As long as you meet the hotel’s cancellation deadline, you will receive a refund of your deposit. The hotel will refund your deposit within 7-10 business days.
Hotel Changes:

After January 14, NADA Registration and Housing will continue to take changes and additions based on availability, up to 5 p.m. CT on January 26, 2012.
